Yes. Every new patient sees a doctor for a consultation and skin assessment first. It lets us confirm a treatment is safe and suitable for you, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
That is our whole philosophy. We treat conservatively and aim for balance rather than change. Most patients tell us the goal is to look well-rested, and that is exactly what we design for.
